Each Protecra IT ticket is handled by a Tier 3 support member, significantly reducing the resolution time for tickets, saving you time waiting and repeating your issues, and ensuring the whole process goes smoothly.
Other MSPs usually tack on upcharges for all hardware or software purchases. Protecra IT is an industry partner with leading hardware and software suppliers. No upcharges are processed and all prices are passed along to you at cost (plus tax).
Other MSPs are interested in high sales volumes while keeping use of contracted support services as low as possible. Protecra IT differs there as well. We will recommend only what your business actually needs, when it needs it, and work to keep the costs of it as low as possible for you.
